Josh Nimoy is een visueel media designer, kunstenaar, technoloog en digitale-dingen-maker. Hierbij maakt hij gebruik van taal of zoals hij het zelf omschrijft:

‘I am a silicon valley unicorn. I make software art. My most contagious meme is BallDroppings. My most visible work is commercial. My art shows in serious galleries and museums. I joined Motorola Mobility as senior staff Media & Visual Designer in the Language & Prototyping group of Consumer eXperience Design (CXD) in Spring 2011. I intend to remain corporate from now on while continuing to develop personal artwork on my free time. I believe creativity is a serious force of business (and humanity), capable of much more than just entertainment, consumer manipulation, and intellectual invigoration.’
